Camp for Young Men

We had a great young mens weekend from Aug 20 - 22. We had 14 young men and 6 dads who were able to make it for the weekend. We had a lot of fun andthe dads took turns doing small devotions through the weekend talking about being a R.E.A.L. men. Rejecting Passivity, Expecting a Greater reward, God's reward, Accepting responsibility, and Leading Courageously. The choices they make now, what they 'practice' now, who they make their "master" now, will shape what kind of men they will become. Dads also spoke on finanical stewardship, serving as men, and being faithful in the small things. Grandpa Snyder and Grandpa Cutler surprised us Saturday afternoon and talked about Biblical Archeology and related historical evidence of the God of the Bible - good lessons - pray that these young men would continue to build on Godly principles as they make future decisons. Our hosts were the Cutler family at their beautiful camp site near Britton, SD. Loren Cutler, brought his two younger sons as well as his family served us the entire weekend. We definitely ate well. Thank you Cutlers!
I have attached pictures from the weekend, if your son went (or even if he didn't:)), ask them what does it mean to be a R.E.A.L. man.
O.K. sorry for the long intro - here are the fun pictures!
